It was never my intention for Vampires Revealed to be the first in a series. You can certainly read and enjoy following titles if you haven’t read it. But, having said that, Vampires Revealed is the foundation for my vampire mythology. So it’s probably as good a place as any to start.
Aside from great characters and a good story there are a few subjects or ideas I generally like to explore with my writing. Some you might notice as recurring themes.
I am eternally grateful to my parents for raising me with the ideal to judge people solely by their actions. This principle is a major characteristic of my vampires. They are not interested in the labels we humans like to give each other, such as – old or young, black or white, rich or poor, gay or straight. They are interested only in the character, attitude and behaviour they encounter.
Even when I’m getting on my soapbox complaining about the terrible crimes humanity commit against each other, my priority is to deliver a great read. Writing gives me a great deal of pleasure, I can only hope reading my work gives you similar pleasure.
